2016-11-25

‘Set new impulses and move something together.’

The new industry get-together: Hamburg Real Estate Night welcomed around 220 guests on Friday, November 25th, 2016 in the Störtebeker restaurant of Elbphilharmonie.

Where is the perfect location right now for a new event that wants to establish itself? Correct – its Elbphilharmonie. Hamburg’s fascinating new landmark, which has not yet fully opened to the public yet. Around 220 invited guests came to visit the stylish new restaurant, for networking and celebration.

The hosts Christian von Järten from JÄRTEN & CIE Immobilien Unternehmensgruppe, Christian Dunger, WDI Media AG, and Gunnar Henke from Henke Relations started Hamburg Real Estate Night for the first time in the long-awaited Elbphilharmonie with Isaria Wohnbau AG, Zinsland and Merck Finck Privatbankiers AG. Together they´ve invited numerous customers from the real estate industry, as well as stakeholders from politics and media. The real estate industry in Hamburg includes more than 9,000 companies and the demand for residential properties is increasing every year, especially here – that’s the idea behind the new event, where the industry can gather and talk.

Our guests list includes personalities such as the real estate investor from Achim Griese Treuhandgesellschaft mbH Achim Griese, the founder of Stilwerk GmbH Alexander Garbe, Frank Gedaschko, management of cds Wohnbau Hamburg, and John Leyba from Robert Vogel GmbH, took the opportunity to talk about current topics and network. Questions and problems relating to HafenCity, the position paper on the city center as a business location, the Altona-Nord train station quarter, but also the refugee situation came to light in one or the other conversation. In the evening, a discussion panel, presentations and lectures were deliberately avoided in order to enable the guests to enjoy interesting conversations with one another. The motto was to set new impulses and to move something together, according to the hosts of the first ever Hamburg Real Estate Night.
